1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
  • A return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The item was not marked as final sale, non-returnable, or customized

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Lingerie, innerwear, and swimwear
  • Customized or altered products
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale
  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return a product:

  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach photos if the product is defective or damaged
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you through the return process

4. Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or as store credit, based on your preference
  • If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer

5. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or incorrect items

Please note: Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Report it within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send images to info@fashionadda.co.in
  • We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund at no extra cost

7. Shipping Costs

  • First return or exchange is free within India
  • Additional returns or exchanges may incur shipping charges
  • International orders are not eligible for return at this time

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible but you may request a return after delivery.
